Friday morning, June 2. It seems like an ordinary school day… until the unthinkable happens. A gunman enters the school and shots ring out. Twenty-six students are trapped inside their classroom, not knowing how long they will have to stay there, or whether they will make it out at all.
FRIDAY. is a powerful new musical that tackles the sadly ever-relevant issue of school shootings. Told with the utmost care and respect, it is a necessary story of friendship, loss, and hope in the shadow of an unimaginable tragedy.

Vrijdagochtend, 2 juni. Het lijkt een doordeweekse schooldag, tot het ondenkbare gebeurt. Een schutter komt de school binnen en opent het vuur.
Zesentwintig leerlingen zitten opgesloten in hun klaslokaal, niet wetend hoe lang ze daar zullen moeten blijven, of ze nog wel buiten zullen geraken.
VRIJDAG. is een nieuwe, pakkende musical over het helaas nog steeds brandend actuele onderwerp van school shootings. We behandelen het onderwerp met het grootste respect en brengen een noodzakelijk verhaal van vriendschap, verlies, maar ook hoop, in de schaduw van een ondenkbare tragedie.
